Wow I had no idea and why would I! Memories of a little girl who used to get passed over our garden fence to spend part of Sunday with us and dote on me when I was just a baby. My Mother adored her and the feeling was mutual. An honest, caring and very special person. My heart goes out to you Chris, Hannah and Kate.

It was such a pleasure to know you, Jane. I hadn't realised what a huge and positive impact you had on everyone you knew throughout your life. I wanted especially to say that I will be forever grateful to you and Chris for raising such a beautiful, wise, caring and intelligent daughter, Hannah. It was an honour and a privilege to read 'Horses' by Ted Hughes and Hannah and Kate's message at your funeral. I will do everything I can to help Hannah, Kate and Chris through the coming weeks, months and years. I am so grateful that you were able to be a part of mine and Hannah's engagement. I will be thinking of you tomorrow, Chris, Hannah and Kate. I shared a flat with Jane in our second year at college/uni, together with Val and Halima. I haven't seen Jane for so many years but have heard news of her from Val at various times. I have many happy memories of our year in Stetchford. Her huge smile and hearty laugh is still a clear memory. I am so saddened by the news of her passing. My heart goes out to you. With Love from Meady
